Bin Doctors runs a set process at every stop: hot-water pressure wash inside and out, sanitize, deodorize, photo, done. Wash water is captured in the van, never left in your driveway. Crews are uniformed, insured and trained on that process before they ever touch a customer’s bin.
We started on Houston’s west side and we’re building the route one neighborhood at a time. HOAs, builders and property managers can put a whole community on one plan with one invoice.
Every completed clean also sends $1 to International Jumuiya, a 501(c)(3) that puts school books and supplies in kids’ hands.

That’s our deodorizer. It neutralizes odor between visits and lasts about 90 days. VIP customers get a formula that also repels flies and pests.

Yes. The one-time clean covers both bins. Subscription plans clean your trash bin each visit, and you can add a second bin for a few dollars more.
One flat charge a month to the card on file, never per visit. Monthly and seasonal plans are a 12-month service agreement; one-time cleans have no commitment. Full details are on the pricing page.
