Terms of Service — BinDoctors

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, using our website at bindoctors.us, or entering into a service agreement with BinDoctors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BinDoctors provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning services in the Greater Houston, TX area. Services include pressure washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of outdoor waste containers. Specific service details, frequency, and pricing are set at the time of booking.

3. Scheduling & Access

You agree to:

Ensure your bin(s) are accessible and placed at the curb or agreed location on your scheduled service day.
Ensure bins are emptied of all trash prior to service.
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

If a bin is not accessible or not emptied upon our arrival, we reserve the right to skip that service without a refund for that visit.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards. For recurring plans, your payment method on file will be charged automatically before each service cycle. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

One-time services: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund.
Recurring plans: Cancel anytime by contacting us before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial periods already billed.
If we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances within our control, we will reschedule or issue a full refund for that visit.

6. Property & Liability

BinDoctors is fully insured. We take reasonable care when servicing your property. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to bins or property.
Normal wear and fading resulting from cleaning.
Damage caused by bins that were improperly maintained or structurally unsound prior to service.

Any damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Chemicals & Safety

We use hospital-grade disinfectants and eco-friendly deodorizers that are safe for humans, pets, and the environment when used as directed. Please keep people and pets away from bins during and immediately after cleaning until bins are dry.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify recurring customers of material changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
