This Agreement is between GRL Holdings LLC d/b/a BinDoctors ("Company"), a bin cleaning service operating in the Greater Houston area, and the individual completing a booking ("Customer").
The Company will provide exterior bin cleaning services at the Customer's confirmed service address on the scheduled date and time window. The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, with notice to the Customer.
Customers may choose from One-Time Clean, Basic, VIP Premium, or Seasonal plans. Current pricing is available at bindoctors.us/pricing. The Company may update pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
A deposit or full payment is collected at booking via credit or debit card. For recurring plans, the Customer's card on file will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. All charges are in U.S. dollars.
Customers may cancel a recurring plan at any time by contacting us at (832) 506-0000 or info@bindoctors.us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will occur after that date.
No Refunds on Deposits: Initial deposits and setup fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. If a scheduled service is cancelled by the Customer less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session may be forfeited without credit.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring bins are accessible on the service date. If bins are inaccessible, the visit may be skipped without refund or credit. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or property and will exercise reasonable care while on the Customer's property.
If unsatisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean at no charge. This is the sole remedy for dissatisfaction — no cash refunds are issued for completed services.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent service. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company carries general liability insurance for direct property damage caused by its equipment or staff.
By completing a booking on bindoctors.us or through a BIN DOCTORS field representative and typing your full name in the signature field, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Terms of Service below.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase services. You agree to provide accurate information when booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Booking confirmations are sent via email after payment is processed.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize BIN DOCTORS to charge your card for the selected service and any applicable recurring charges. All charges are in U.S. dollars.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time — no notice period required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Initial deposits are non-refundable except during the 3-day Right of Rescission period for recurring plans (see above).
We collect your name, email, address, and payment details solely to provide our services. We do not sell your data. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Questions? Email info@bindoctors.us.

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the site or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
